Though much has changed over the years, Connie's Cakes has always retained its commitment to quality. When Connie retired in 2010, her niece Mary Scheidel took over, keeping the family tradition alive by renaming it to Connie's Cakes, LLC. The cakes stayed just as delightful, still featuring the original signature buttercream icing that customers adore.
